Welcoming Our Next President & CEO: Annina Parini

The Worthington Area Chamber Board of Trustees is proud to announce the hiring of Annina Parini as the Chamber’s next President and CEO.

Annina most recently served as Executive Director of The Worthington Partnership, where she led the organization for the past 10 years. During her tenure, the Partnership grew in both scope and reputation — becoming nationally recognized for its Worthington Farmers Market, which now draws more than 10,000 visitors each week. She also guided the successful absorption of the Convention and Tourism Bureau, rebranded as Experience Worthington, further strengthening the city’s profile as a destination for residents and visitors alike. A proud Worthington resident, Annina and her family are deeply rooted in the community — her boys attend Worthington Schools, and she is passionate about improving the place she calls home.

She brings strong expertise in membership engagement, advocacy, financial management, and board governance. Her career includes leadership roles at The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law, COSI, and special events and advance work with the U.S. House of Representatives. This unique blend of skills and community passion positions Annina as the ideal leader to continue the Chamber’s advocacy work while sustaining the momentum achieved in recent years.

“On behalf of the Board of Trustees, we could not be more excited to announce Annina Parini as the next President and CEO of the Chamber,” said Matt Gregory, Board Chairman. “She embodies all the leadership qualities we were seeking, and we have complete confidence that she will build on the momentum established under prior leadership and lead the Chamber into an exciting new chapter.”

Annina will step into the role on November 1st following the departure of current President and CEO Matt Lofy on September 25th. In the weeks leading up to her start date, she will transition from her current position with the Worthington Partnership and work with the Chamber's Board of Trustees, staff and previous president to job shadow and begin onboarding, ensuring a smooth and thoughtful handoff.

The Board extends its gratitude to the Selection Committee for its commitment and diligence in evaluating a strong pool of candidates.

We invite members and the community to join us in welcoming Annina to the Worthington Area Chamber. Stay tuned for opportunities to meet her at upcoming events and learn more about her vision for the Chamber’s next chapter.
