Age-Friendly Worthington - Planning Session

Visit their homepage to learn more. What is Age-Friendly Worthington? The Worthington community is committed to being a place that promotes successful aging and improves the quality of life for people of all ages. With this goal in mind, community partners are working together on the Age-Friendly Initiative to create and showcase community features and programs that impact the well-being of older adults and help make communities more livable for everyone.  The initiative is being led by a steering committee made up of community stakeholders, City staff, and older adults. In 2021, the Age-Friendly Steering Committee completed a community survey and several focus groups, allowing hundreds of community members to provide feedback on what it's like to age in Worthington.
