  is Age-Friendly Worthington? The Worthington community is committed to be
 ing a place that promotes successful aging and improves the quality of lif
 e for people of all ages. With this goal in mind\, community partners are 
 working together on the Age-Friendly Initiative to create and showcase com
 munity features and programs that impact the well-being of older adults an
 d help make communities more livable for everyone. The initiative is being
  led by a steering committee made up of community stakeholders\, City staf
 f\, and older adults. In 2021\, the Age-Friendly Steering Committee comple
 ted a community survey and several focus groups\, allowing hundreds of com
 munity members to provide feedback on what it's like to age in Worthington
