If you've made a New Year's resolution to improve your health and fitness, then you won't want to miss the Chamber's January 23 Business After Hours at the McConnell Heart Health Center.

Held as a joint event with the Clintonville and Upper Arlington chambers of commerce, the BAH will include a tour of the center's fitness facility, the Executive Health and Wellness suites, the Spine, Sport & Joint Center and the sports performance lab. Plus, enjoy a chef demonstration of some healthy, but very tasty food.

There will be great appetizers and a variety of beverages as well as prizes, which will include a membership to the McConnell Health Heart Center, massage and personal training gift certificates and more!

An added bonus is the opportunity to network with members of the Worthington, Upper Arlington and Clintonville chambers.
