 r's January 23 Business After Hours at the McConnell Heart Health Center. 
 Held as a joint event with the Clintonville and Upper Arlington chambers o
 f commerce\, the BAH will include a tour of the center's fitness facility\
 , the Executive Health and Wellness suites\, the Spine\, Sport & Joint Cen
 ter and the sports performance lab. Plus\, enjoy a chef demonstration of s
 ome healthy\, but very tasty food. There will be great appetizers and a va
 riety of beverages as well as prizes\, which will include a membership to 
 the McConnell Health Heart Center\, massage and personal training gift cer
 tificates and more! An added bonus is the opportunity to network with memb
