Vision Worthington Focus Group #3 - Worthington Business Owners

Worthington business owners, please share your vision at this session on June 22.

The City of Worthington is seeking broad input regarding stakeholder views about the future of the city and has created the Visioning Committee to develop a well-articulated vision of Worthington's future that residents endorse.  

You can help shape the future of Worthington for future developments. This is important for everyone who resides in the city or works in a building within the city limits.  In both of these cases, you are paying income tax to support the city and its services, so your views should be represented.  Popular topics in the discussions held to date have included land use, economic development, housing, city infrastructure and governance.

Respondents have a number of options that make it easy to get involved.

The interactive Vision Worthington website is full of facts, information and opportunities for input.  You can access the site at www.visionworthington.org   Once there, you are invited to leave comments and opinions.  

You can reserve a "seat" at one of the upcoming Focus Groups that are organized by age, business and community involvement.  After signing-up for a date and time, you’ll receive a link to the online meeting prior to the session. No computer applications or downloads are required.  We will be utilizing Microsoft Teams to connect virtually for the discussion.

The dates, times and audience segments of the sessions are:

#1 - Tuesday, June 16, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Generations: Residents born in 1965 and after
#2 - Friday, June 19, from 10 a.m. to noon - Generations: Residents born in 1964 or before
#3 - Monday, June 22, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. - Worthington Business Owners
#4 - Friday, June 26, from 10 a.m. to noon - Members of Civic Groups, Nonprofits and Community Organizations
