Groundhog Day Business Forecast Breakfast/Eggs & Issues Series

It's 2020, time to "envision" the future for Worthington and its business community! Join other Chamber members and guests on Tuesday, Feb. 4, at Brookside Golf and Country Club for Worthington's annual Groundhog Day Business Forecast. The event is part of the Eggs & Issues breakfast series presented collaboratively by the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Worthington.

As the Groundhog envisions a 2020 weather forecast, Worthington leaders from the city, school district, libraries and Worthington's new visioning committee will share their forecasts for activity in the coming year and their priorities that influence, and are influenced by, the local economy.  

The breakfast event will be held on from 7 to 9 a.m.  Check-in and the buffet breakfast will begin at 7 a.m.  The program will begin at 7:30 a.m. (Please arrive between 7 and 7:15 a.m. to ensure you have time to check in, go through the buffet line, visit sponsor booths and find a seat before the program begins.)

Appropriately, the event sponsor for the 2020 Vision Groundhog Day Forecast Breakfast is Albright & Schnulo Family Eye Care, which just completed 70 years in business caring for the vision of Worthington-area residents.

Cost: Chamber members: $26/person; Non-members: $32/person.

Sponsors have the opportunity to speak at the podium, display an exhibit of corporate information, and distribute a promotional handout, in addition to recognition on the Chamber's website, publications and publicity.
