Chamber Business Expo at the Shops at Worthington Place - Register to be an Exhibitor

REGISTER HERE TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR.

The Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce invites your business  to enjoy the benefits of a Chamber Business Expo & Business After Hours on Wednesday, Oct. 23, at
The Shops at Worthington Place.

The Expo will be open to the public from 4 to 8 p.m.  The Business After Hours, hosted by Got Ya Covered Linens & Event Rental, will be open to Chamber members and their guests from 6 to 7:30 p.m. (Please see the separate event registration page to sign up to attend the BAH and/or Expo.)

Info for Exhibitors:

Eligibility:  Available only to members in good standing of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce. (Not a member yet? Call 614-888-3040 to learn about member benefits.) 

Space Availability:  Approximately 60 spaces are available; spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Setup: Setup for exhibitors will begin at 2:30 p.m. on the afternoon of the event.  Tables will be in place when exhibitors arrive.  Setup should be complete by 3:45 p.m.  

Registration:  Click the Register link on this page and select the exhibit items needed. Be sure to click "submit." You'll receive a confirming email when successfully registered.

Exhibit Space Fees:  Choose a 6-foot x 3-foot space with a 6-foot table ($120);  or a 10-foot x 3-foot space, without a table, suitable for a floor display ($175).  Up to two folding chairs are available if ordered in advance.

Electricity:   Electrical outlet needed?  Electricity is available for an additional $20. Applicants must specify their need for electricity in advance on the registration form below (or
through our website registration).  Exhibitors using electricity must bring their own extension cords and power strips to the event. One outlet will be made available per registrant.

Food & Beverages:  
Enjoy hors d'oeuvres and beverages at the Business After Hours hosted by Got Ya Covered at the west end of the mall.  (Alcoholic beverages cannot be carried into the exhibit table area but may be consumed within the BAH event area. Bring several  co-workers so your company can staff your booth and take a break to enjoy the Business After Hours, as well.)   Use this link to register to attend the Business After Hours and to be entered in the prize drawings.
