Our topic: JobsOhio

Learn more about the organization that helps businesses across the state and across the globe appreciate "Why Ohio?"

JobsOhio is a private non-profit corporation designed to drive job creation and new capital investment in Ohio through business attraction, retention and expansion efforts. JobsOhio works with six regional partners across Ohio.

In partnership with our state and local partners, JobsOhio has redefined economic development and epitomizes a model that others are trying to emulate nationally and globally.

Created in February 2011, JobsOhio has a unique private-sector model with stable funding that has served as an example for other economic development organizations across the country. The organization's board of directors comprises CEOs from the top industries in Ohio, and the executive team, with a combined 200-plus years of experience, represents experts in Ohio’s nine key industries and five cross-sectors.

Our keynote speaker:  J.P. Nauseef

J.P. Nauseef is the president and chief investment officer of JobsOhio, where he leads a dedicated team responsible for business attraction, retention and expansion efforts across the state.  He has 30 years of diverse, executive-level experience in private, public and non-profit sectors, with a primary focus on leveraging technology and innovation.

Prior to joining JobsOhio, J.P. was chairman and co-founder of Krush Media Group, a digital media and data company. Previously, J.P. was president and CEO of the Dayton Development Coalition, one of JobsOhio’s regional partner organizations.
