Chamber Golf Outing 2019 - Worthington Hills Country Club

JOIN US AT THE CHAMBER'S ANNUAL GOLF OUTING!

The Chamber's annual Golf Outing is recognized as one of the best outings of its kind in central Ohio. The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members. 

This year's event will be held on Monday, Aug. 19, at Worthington Hills Country Club.

The event has a scramble format. Registration begins at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start kicks off the event at 11 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, a box lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.

The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a door prize drawing and skill holes on the course. Hole-in-one contests offer some exciting prizes, as well.  

Golf Privileges - $125 per golfer, or discounted rate of $475 per foursome, includes green fees and golf cart; practice range; lunch and beverages, complimentary beverages on course; shrimp and beverages at the turn; dinner; gift package; raffle tickets and door prizes. Note: To obtain the discounted $475 rate, all parties in a foursome must register at one time, through one representing registrant, with a single payment.

Standard Prize Package, $20 - Three mulligans, three raffle tickets and six door prize tickets
Premium Prize Package, $40 - Three mulligans, three raffle tickets, six door prize tickets, one gimme rope and one throw from a bunker

Sponsorship and promotional opportunities:

Premier Presenting Sponsor -   Wright-Patt Credit Union is the premier presenting sponsor.

Corporate Sponsors - $1,200, includes golf for four and hole sponsorship, exhibit and signage space and recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, e-newsletter and event program. B&C Blacktop and The Laurels of Norworth and Worthington are returning corporate sponsors. One corporate sponsorship is still available.

Beverage Cart Sponsors - $500, includes exclusive signage on a beverage cart and recognition in promotional materials and event program.  City National Bank and Allegra Print Mail Marketing are the 2019 sponsors of the beverage carts.

Flag Sponsor - $1,000, includes a foursome of golf and custom golf flags imprinted with the sponsor’s corporate logo at each hole, along with recognition in promotional materials. J. Liu Restaurant & Bar is the returning flag sponsor.

Hole-in-One Sponsor:  includes promotion in event program and publicity, and logo promotion on signage at all hole-in-one contest holes.  Worthington Realty is the returning hole-in-one sponsor.

Tee Marker Sponsor - $350, includes logo on tee markers for all 18 holes and recognition in promotional materials and event program.  Albright & Schnulo Family Eye Care and State Farm Insurance & Financial Services - Bill Alsnauer Agency are tee sponsors for 2019. 

Practice Range Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on driving range and recognition in promotional materials and event program.  Telhio Credit Union is the practice range sponsor in 2019.

Putting Green Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on putting green and recognition in promotional materials and event program.  Marcus Theatres is the putting green sponsor in 2019.

Hole Sponsor - $125, includes signage on one golf hole and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of 36, including Chamber Sustaining Members).  

Dinner Sponsor - $1,000, includes a foursome of golf and promotion at the awards dinner.   This sponsorship is available. 

Lunch Sponsor - Chamber restaurants and food service establishments are encouraged to sponsor a boxed lunch for the golfers to carry with them on their carts or to enjoy before they depart for the course.   The Whitney House is the Lunch Sponsor.

Other Promotional Opportunities for Your Business:

Donate merchandise or services. Donors receive acknowledgment in the event program and after-event publicity. Items needed: Raffle prizes (gift certificates and prizes typically worth $50 - $100).  Silent auction items (e.g., rounds of golf, hotel overnights, restaurant gift certificates, electronics or small appliances). Gift bag items (assorted promotional items – (e.g., golf towels, travel mugs, knapsacks, golf tees, sunscreen, hand sanitizer)

Volunteer on the planning committee or for day-of-event tasks.  Network with others and help them learn about your company as you assist the Chamber.
