Chamber Golf Outing 2018 at York Golf Club

JOIN US AT THE CHAMBER'S ANNUAL GOLF OUTING!

The Chamber's annual Golf Outing is recognized as one of the best outings of its kind in central Ohio. The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members. 

This year's event will be held on Monday, Aug. 13, at York Golf Club.

The event has a scramble format. Registration begins at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start kicks off the event at 11 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, a box lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.

The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a door prize drawing and skill holes on the course. Hole-in-one contests offer some exciting prizes, as well.  

Golf Privileges - $125 per golfer, or discounted rate of $475 per foursome, includes green fees and golf cart; practice range; lunch and beverages, complimentary beverages on course; shrimp and beverages at the turn; dinner; gift package; raffle tickets and door prizes. Note: To obtain the discounted $475 rate, all parties in a foursome must register at one time, through one representing registrant, with a single payment.

Lunch Sponsor - The Whitney House is the provider of this year's boxed lunch for golfers.

Other Promotional Opportunities for Your Business:

Donate merchandise or services. Donors receive acknowledgment in the event program and after-event publicity. Items needed: Raffle prizes (gift certificates and prizes typically worth $50 - $100;  rounds of golf, hotel overnights, restaurant gift certificates, electronics or small appliances). Gift bag items (assorted promotional items – (e.g., golf towels, pedometers, travel mugs, knapsacks, golf tees, hand sanitizer).

Volunteer on the planning committee or for day-of-event tasks.  Network with others and help them learn about your company as you assist the Chamber.
