Groundhog Day Business Forecast Breakfast/Eggs & Issues Series
Join other business leaders on Groundhog Day, Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at Brookside Golf and Country Club for Worthington's annual Groundhog Day Business Forecast. The event is part of the Eggs & Issues breakfast series presented collaboratively by the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce and the City of Worthington.
Worthington Industries is a presenting sponsor of the Eggs & Issues series, which includes the Groundhog Day Forecast Event. Corporate sponsors for the Groundhog Day forecast include Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield/Shawan-Marquis Agency.
The breakfast event will be held on from 7 to 9:15 a.m. Check-in and the buffet breakfast will begin at 7 a.m. The program will begin at 7:30 a.m. (Please arrive between 7 and 7:15 a.m. to ensure you have time to check in, go through the buffet line, visit sponsor booths and find a seat before the program begins.)
Keynote speaker:
James Schimmer, Director, Franklin County Department of Economic Development and Planning, will offer a regional retail and economic forecast.
Since 2006, Jim Schimmer has had overall responsibility for development activities within Franklin County, Ohio, including economic development, housing, land use planning, zoning and building regulations.

Cost: Chamber members: $25/person; Non-members: $30/person. Meeting sponsorships are available.
