Chris Warnky, John Maxwell Team professional business and life coach and owner of Well Done Life, will help us explore tips on how to continue to grow in the midst of our limited business time and budget.



So often we assume that, because we live another day, we have grown in our knowledge, skills and relationships — as we did as children, when we attended school five days a week and continually measured the growth of our height in a special place in our homes.  Growth just naturally happened day after day.  As adults, our growth does not come as naturally as we wake each day.  We have to be intentional, and we need to take consistent specific actions that support our growth goals or we will remain the same while our competitors continue to move ahead.

Chris Warnky is a John Maxwell Team professional business and life coach and also is the owner of Well Done Life.   He has helped both business and personal coaching clients move forward with clarity, a plan and execution on many key topics, including leadership, relationships (management, employees, vendors, friends and family), motivation, discipline, health habits (eating and exercise), money management and many others.  Chris is an active member of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce. He is a Chamber ambassador, co-chair of the Small Office/Home Office subgroup and a member of the New Connections network referral group.
If you work in a home office or "wear all the hats" at a small office with five or fewer employees, the Chamber's Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) subgroup is for you.  At each monthly "brown bag lunch" style meeting, members exchange best practices and business leads and learn from experts about topics that affect small business owners and home-based businesses, including legal, tax, organizational, IT and marketing/promotion issues.
Business and Associate Members of the Chamber are eligible to join SOHO. SOHO members pay a subgroup participation fee of $30 per year, in addition to their regular Chamber dues. A prospective SOHO member may attend the meeting free of charge for a one-month period and then may choose sign up for the group with the $30 annual fee.
Registration is REQUIRED. To register, click on REGISTER NOW on the screen at right. Select the member category if you are already a paid member of SOHO; the "Join SOHO and attend" category if you are joining the group for the coming year and attending this event; or the "Non-member/Guest" fee to attend this meeting free of charge as a prospective member (you may attend once as a guest).
