White Elephant Holiday Extravaganza!


Young Professionals of Worthington (YPoW) invite members of other Chamber subgroups (Small Office/Home Office Group, Women's Business Network and New Connections Network Referral Group) to join them in ushering in the holiday season with some collaborative networking and fun, as well as support for the Worthington Resource Pantry, at a White Elephant Holiday Extravaganza!
Join the fun on Thursday, Dec. 10, from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Worthington Resource Pantry, 6700 Huntley Road.
There is no fee for members of Chamber subgroups to attend, but we ask that attendees pre-register an plan to spread holiday spirit by bringing a personal care item needed by the pantry as a donation. (YPoW, the Women's Business Network, SOHO and New Connections groups can have a friendly competition to see which group brings the most donations.)

Here are the suggested items for subgroup members to bring for the pantry. These are items that pantry clients are unable to purchase with food stamps, and they are among the most-needed products for the pantry shelves.

•Tooth brushes and/or toothpaste - YPoW
•Laundry detergent or deodorant - New Connections
•Shampoo, conditioner or body wash - SOHO
•Diapers, baby wipes and women's hygiene products - Women's Business Network
Enjoy appetizers and beverages privately donated. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED so the donor of food and drinks can plan accordingly.
Then, have some laughs as you participate in a White Elephant Gift Exchange ($10 suggested limit). This activity is optional. If you are unable to bring a white elephant gift and decide to purchase one at the event, we will have a few available for purchase.
