Chamber Golf Outing 2015 - Worthington Hills Country Club

The Chamber's annual Golf Outing is recognized as one of the best outings of its kind in central Ohio. The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members. 
This year's event will be held on Monday, Aug. 31, at Worthington Hills Country Club. The event has a scramble format. Registration begins at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start kicks off the event at 11 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.  Tilton's Automotive Service is this year's premier presenting sponsor.
The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a door prize drawing and skill holes on the course. Hole-in-one contests will offer some exciting prizes.
Golf Privileges - $135 per golfer, or discounted rate of $500 per foursome, includes green fees and golf cart; practice range; lunch and beverages, complimentary beverages on course; shrimp and beverages at the turn; dinner; gift package; raffle tickets and door prizes. Note: To obtain the discounted $500 rate, all parties in a foursome must register at one time, through one representing registrant, with a single payment.

Premium Prize Package, $40 - Three mulligans, three raffle tickets, six door prize tickets, one gimme rope and one throw from a bunker

Sponsorship and promotional opportunities:
Premier Presenting Sponsor - $1,600, includes a banner ad on the Chamber website for three months; golf for four and a hole sponsorship (more than a $625 value); exhibit (8-foot table) and signage space as golfers arrive and during dinner hour; opportunity for two minutes of “podium time” at the awards ceremony/dinner hour; recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, e-newsletter, and prominent placement in event program. Corporate Sponsor - $1,200, includes golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value), exhibit and signage space and recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, e-newsletter and event program. (B&C Blacktop,  The Laurels of Norworth and Worthington, and Danbury of Columbus are corporate sponsors. One additional sponsorship available.)
Beverage Cart Sponsor - $500, includes exclusive signage on a beverage cart and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Fifth Third Bank and Ruckmoor Lounge are the 2015 beverage sponsors.)
Flag Sponsor - $1,000, includes a foursome of golf and custom golf flags imprinted with the sponsor's corporate logo at each hole, along with recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, e-newsletter and event program. (J. Liu Restaurant & Bar is returning as this this year's flag sponsor.)
Hole-in-One Sponsor: $500, includes golf privileges for one, promotion in event program and publicity, and logo promotion on signage at all hole-in-one contest holes. (Worthington Realty/Ted Oatts is returning as this this year's hole-in-one sponsor.)
Tee Marker Sponsor - $350, includes logo on tee markers for all 18 holes and recognition in promotional materials and event program ( Albright & Schnulo Family Eye Care and Tansky Toyota are the tee sponsors.)
Practice Range Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on driving range and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Waterworks/Comfortworks is the 2015 practice range sponsor.)
Putting Green Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on putting green and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Oasis Senior Advisors is the 2015 putting green sponsor.)
Hole Sponsor - $125, includes signage on one golf hole and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of 36, including Chamber Sustaining Members). A few hole sponsorships are still available.
Dinner Sponsor - $1,000, includes a foursome of golf and promotional privileges at the awards dinner. (FCBank is the dinner sponsor.)

Lunch Sponsor - Chamber restaurants, caterers and food service establishments are encouraged to sponsor a boxed lunch for the golfers to carry with them on their carts or to enjoy before they depart for the course. (Friendship Village of Columbus returns as the lunch sponsor.)
Other Promotional Opportunities for Your Business:

Donate merchandise or services. Donors receive acknowledgment in the event program and after-event publicity. Items needed: Raffle prizes (gift certificates and prizes typically worth $50 - $100).  Silent auction items (e.g., rounds of golf, hotel overnights, restaurant gift certificates, electronics or small appliances). Gift bag items (assorted promotional items – (e.g., golf towels, pedometers, travel mugs, knapsacks, golf tees, hand sanitizer)
Volunteer on the planning committee or for day-of-event tasks.  Network with others and help them learn about your company as you assist the Chamber.
