About this event
A special night of food and wine pairings inspired by the Italian Coastline. Start the evening with Trio of Crostini. Olive Tapenade, fresh tomato and lobster. The salad course is a Butternut Squash Tortellaci; Maine Lobster, brown butter, sage & smoked bacon. Move onto the main entrée of Pan Roasted Sea Bass. For a very sweet ending, enjoy almond cake, almond brittle with mocha anglaise. $49.99 per person.
