Worthington Wedding Walk

On Sunday, June 1, 2014, from 1 - 5 p.m., the Worthington Wedding District will host its first highly anticipated Wedding Walk. This neighborhood-wide event will feature the creative and experienced vendors who call the Worthington Wedding District their home. Over 30 well-loved vendors and shops will open their doors for this one-day event designed to cater to newly engaged couples as well as their friends and family.
The Wedding Walk will give the talented and varied vendors throughout the historic downtown Worthington a chance to talk with brides and grooms about their special day, and give them a chance to discover how they can create their perfect event using fantastic local people. From attire to favors, cakes to photography, stationery to jewelry, the Worthington Wedding District has it all!
Attendance is completely free, but couples are encouraged to pre-register for the Worthington Wedding Walk on www.worthingtonweddingdistrict.com for a chance to win fun door prizes throughout the day. A chance to win the Worthington Wedding District’s grand prize will be given to couples who choose to visit all participating merchants in the Walk and fill their District Passport. The Grand Prize will include $500 from Worthington Jewelers for wedding bands, pearl earrings from Denig Jewelers for the bride and bridesmaids valued at $495, an engagement session from Little Tree Studios worth $450, $200 toward a bridal bouquet from Flowers on High, a $100 gift card to Magic Cruises, a free set of Thank You Notes from Igloo Letterpress, a Wax, Wicks & Wine package from House Wine and The Candle Lab to develop your own custom-scented party favors, and Traditional Afternoon Tea for two from The Worthington Inn.
