 at J. Liu Restaurant & Bar, 6880 N. High St.  



Topic: "Say Ahhhhh! The Healthy Heart/Healthy Mouth Connection"
Presenter: Barbara McClatchie, D.D.S., Oral Systemic Health Expert



Cost: $22/Chamber members; $27/non-members (Fee must be paid at time of registration). Support our scholarship fund by making announcements ($5/member; $10/guest) and participating in door prize drawings ($1/member/guest).
Reservations are required by Feb. 24.   

Luncheon menu:
Tossed garden salad served with Italian and ranch dressings; mixed greens, carrots, Roma tomatoes, red onions and red cabbage with house-made croutons
Grilled chicken a la bruschetta: marinated breast of chicken with Roma tomatoes, basil, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic reduction
served with spaghetti squash with basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil, and green beans. Note: This entree is gluten-free.
OR Vegetarian/vegan alternative entree: Pasta primavera: penne pasta with seasonal vegetables with fresh basil, garlic and extra virgin olive oil.
Warm rosemary rolls with butter
Coffee, decaffeinated coffee, hot and iced tea
Dessert compote of fresh berries and pineapple
