Small Business Person of the Year Award Luncheon - 2014

Join the Chamber on May 13 for our Small Business Person of the Year Award Luncheon, as we honor this year's award recipient and salute small businesses everywhere for their contributions to our economy and our community.
The Chamber’s Small Business Person of the Year award program is one of the ways our organization demonstrates its support for small businesses and recognizes members who are succeeding, have shown growth, and are involved in the betterment of the Worthington community.



This year's honoree, chosen by a judging panel consisting of all former winners of the award, is Tom Carter, president of Real Estate Development Advisors, LLC, and the visionary leader who redeveloped the mall in Worthington now known as The Shops at Worthington Place.
Meet Tom and learn about his advice for business success at Tuesday's luncheon, while joining a celebration of small businessesand their collective contribution to our economy.
The luncheon, held in the ballroom of The Worthington Inn, will begin at 11:30 a.m. and conclude at 1:30 p.m. The honoree will share with luncheon attendees some of the business philosophies and strategies that have led to success as a small business person.

The meal includes:



House Salad with vinaigrette dressing
Ginger lime chicken breast
Wild rice pila
Steamed haricot versts and red peppers
Fresh fruit medley
Optional vegan meal: Garden Plate - Roasted potatoes, grilled squash ann asparagus, apple-beet salad and sauteed brocollini
