Young Professionals of Worthington (YPoW) invite Chamber members and guests ages 21 to 39 to make a healthy start for 2014 at a Meet & Greet Mixer on Friday, Jan. 10, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at

Bring workout clothes and come prepared to move, learn and have fun!
Joe and Frank will provide education on nutrition and exercise, including expert instruction on the most important exercises you should be doing in the gym this year.
Join other young professionals for:

networking
a quick w orkout
snacks ( sandwiches, fruit bowl, salad and green tea ) courtesy of Panera Bread
beer, wine and water
door prizes, including a two-week membership to Sentinel Performance, and a gift from Star Lanes Polaris
a question-and-answer period
discussion of b ody fat targeting (spot reducing) myths and the importance of exercise variation.
