Barnes & Thornburg is making this complimentary video conference available in the Columbus Office. Crowdfunding promises to give some startups access to capital they wouldn't have had otherwise, but it could also set up unprepared entrepreneurs for a headache. This Life Science Lunch discussion will provide a primer on this source of funding and discuss all the legal, accounting and business strategy aspects of crowdsourcing for bioscience commercialization projects.
