ONE OF THE BEST BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EVENTS OF THE YEAR!


The Combined Chambers’ Business Expo is an annual business development and networking event presented by the Worthington, Dublin, Westerville and Powell chambers of commerce. The Expo will have approximately 100 vendors, and hundreds of attendees are expected to take advantage of the opportunity to learn about business and consumer services from local businesses. The event is widely publicized in area newspapers and through all four chambers to their members. There is no charge for guests to attend.
The Business Expo is a unique collaboration of the area chambers, stressing the importance of working together to create a strong business climate throughout the area.
There will be free hors d'oeuvres, a cash bar and lots of door prizes, including one lucky chance to win a $500 gift certificate to hold an event at Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center, the host facility. In addition, many of the exhibitors offer giveaways, samples and additional door prizes at their booths.

Returning corporate sponsors are Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Bridgewater Banquet & Conference Center and ThisWeek Community Newspapers. Outreach Promotions is a new corporate sposor.

Information for Exhibitors:
Eligibility: Available only to members of the four participating chambers.
Space Availability: Approximately 110 spaces are available; spaces will be assigned ona first-come, first-served basis, and are divided among the four chambers.
Registration Deadline: Monday, June 3. Registrants confirmed by Friday, May 24, will be listed in a ThisWeek ad and in information distributed prior to the event to members of participating chambers.
Exhibit Space Fees: 6-ft. x 3-ft. space with covered table, $150; 8-ft. x 3-ft. space for floor display or tabletop unit, $175; or 10-ft. x 3-ft. space for floor display, $200.

Electricity: Applicants must specify their need for electricity in advance on the printed or online registration form. Exhibitors using electricity must bring their own extension cords and power strips to the event. One
outlet will be made available per registrant.
Food & Beverages: Hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar will be available for exhibitors and attendees. Bottled water is available for exhibitors.
