Chamber Golf Outing - Worthington Hills Country Club

The Chamber's annual Golf Outing is recognized as one of the best outings of its kind in central Ohio. The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members. 


This year's event will be held on Monday, Sept. 12, at Worthington Hills Country Club. The event has a scramble format. Registration begins at 10 a.m., and a shotgun start kicks off the event at 11 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.

The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a door prize drawing and skill holes on the course.

Hole-in-one contests will offer some exciting prizes, to be announced.


There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available. There are also opportunities to serve on the golf outing committee or volunteer during the event. You may donate an item or gift certificate for the event raffle and other prizes to make the event even more enjoyable for participants. Call the Chamber Office at 888-3040 for information.

Sponsorship opportunities available include:


A. Presenting Sponsor - $1,600, includes banner ad on the Chamber website for one month before and after the event; golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value); exhibit (6-foot table) and signage space; recognition in promotional materials, including press releases, Chamber website, e-newsletter and event program. Sponsor privileges assume that sponsorship is paid before Aug. 15 to enable inclusion in the communications referenced. (Maximum of one sponsor)


B. Corporate Sponsor - $1,200, includes golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value), exhibit and signage space and recognition in promotional materials and event program. See above deadlines. (Maximum of four sponsors)


C. Beverage Cart Sponsor - $500, includes exclusive signage on a beverage cart and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Maximum of two sponsors)


D. Tee Marker Sponsor - $350, includes logo on tee markers for all 18 holes and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of four sponsors)


E. Practice Range Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on driving range and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of one sponsor)


F. Putting Green Sponsor - $250, includes exclusive signage space on putting green and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of one sponsor)


G. Hole Sponsor - $125, includes signage on one golf hole and recognition in promotional materials and event program (Maximum of 36)


H. Golf Privileges  - $125 per golfer, includes green fees and golf cart; practice range; lunch and beverages, complimentary beverages on course; shrimp and beverages at the turn; dinner; gift package; raffle tickets and door prizes.

Donate merchandise or services. Donors receive acknowledgment in the event program and after-event publicity.


Raffle (hotel overnights, restaurant gift certificates of $50 - $100, products and services worth $25 - $50)
