Wellness 101 is now offered from the comfort of your own home or anywhere! The series will be taught in 8- 1 hour teleconference calls. Be informed and not fooled by today's medical model. Dr. Pamela Popper will be covering diabetes, cancer, heart disease, health care, and more. Calls wiil also include other very talented Wellness Forum staff like Dr. Lana Kontos, Chef Del, Strength Coach Elise Berry and Doug Burns.
