Power Flex and Flex Yoga Center have teamed up for a food drive this month to support the LSS Food Pantry and families in need. Bring the suggested donation this month to the studio and receive discounts on class passes, free classes and class specials. Food Drive culminates with a special event Nov. 21 with discounts on classes, free chair massages and a free art gallery showing highlighting Rocky Pisto, complete with refreshments.
