CFBank Shred Day

On November 6, CFBank will make it easier for you to stay safe from identity thieves - while supporting a good cause.  A free community event will be held from 9 a.m.-Noon.  A shredding facility will be set up in the Bank parking lot, and at the same time donations of diapers, or cash of any amount, will be accepted now through November 6 in support of the YWCA Family Center. 


Anyone may bring personal documents containing sensitive information such as social security numbers, PINs, school records, old credit cards or any other identifying document, to be professionally shredded.  The shredding is free, and refreshments will be served.


Donations of diapers, or cash of any amount, for the YWCA Family Center will be accepted all morning. The YWCA Family Center is an emergency center for homeless families, helping them gain independence.  The Family Center also offers meaningful support to children and teenagers during times of transition, and has fenced outdoor areas and a community garden in which families can gather and play.
