About this event
This meet up is a guided meditation experience to learn how to meditate and experience a relaxing contemplation easing body tension and stresses in your life. All are welcome, no prior experience is necessary just a willingness to sit quietly and listen to the invitations geared toward letting go of the stress of one’s life, increasing your energy, getting in touch with your inner wisdom and knowing. This is an easy, gentle way to relax and share with others. Discussion follows the mediation.
