Chamber Golf Outing - Worthington Hills Country Club

The Chamber's annual Golf Outing is recognized as one of the best outings of its kind in central Ohio. The event is a great way to build relationships with a customer or client, reward a dedicated employee, or treat yourself to a day of golf while networking with other Chamber members. Some of the proceeds from the golf outing will fund partial scholarships for two members to attend this year's Leadership Worthington program.

The event has a scramble format. Registration begin at  9 a.m. , and a shotgun start kicks off the event at  10 a.m. The registration fee includes 18 holes of golf with cart, lunch, picnic dinner and assorted beverages.

The number of golfers is limited to 130 players. Participants may register as singles, in pairs or as foursomes. Prizes will be awarded to the top finishing teams, and golfers will have a chance to win additional prizes through a raffle, door prize drawing, and skill holes on the course.

Hole-in-one contests, sponsored by Worthington Realty, offer some exciting prizes: A golfer who scores a hole-in-one on Hole 12 will win $5,000, along with a matched donation of $5,000 to the Chamber. Three other hole-in-one opportunities offer prizes for a $500 VISA gift card; Nike golf equipment; and a Bose stereo.


There are a variety of sponsorship opportunities available. There are also opportunities to serve on the golf outing committee or volunteer during the event. You may donate an item or gift certificate for the event raffle and other prizes to make the event even more enjoyable for participants. Call the Chamber Office at 888-3040 for information.

Sponsorship opportunities available include:



Event Sponsor : $1,600 includes banner ad on the home page of the Chamber's Web site for one month before and two weeks after the event; golf for four, hole sponsorship ($625 value), exhibit (8-foot table) and signage space; recognition in promotional materials, including press releases and event program. Sponsor privileges assume that sponsorship is paid before Aug. 15 to enable inclusion in the Web, print and electronic communications

Corporate Sponsor : $1,200 includes golf for four and hole sponsorship ($625 value), exhibit and signage space and recognition in promotional materials and event program. See above for deadlines. (Maximum of four sponsors)  


Beverage Cart Sponsor : $500 includes exclusive signage on beverage cart and recognition in promotional materials and event program.


Tee Marker Sponsor : $350 includes logo on tee markers for all 18 holes and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Maximum of four sponsors)  


Practice Range Sponsor : $250 includes exclusive signage space on driving range and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Maximum of one sponsor)  


Putting Green Sponsor : $250 includes exclusive signage space on putting green and recognition in promotional materials and event program. (Maximum of one sponsor)
