Guest speakers, Jeff Appel and Jon Hellstedt, partners in the law firm of Appel & Hellstedt LLP in Worthington, will join us to lead a discussion on the legal aspects of various end of life issues. Appel and Hellstedt will share their knowledge and advice regarding various estate planning strategies which will help to reduce the emotional stress associated with end of life decision making. The attorneys will discuss cost-effective methods to minimize or eliminate complications with the probate process, the
key elements of a Will and a Trust, as well as important decisions regarding your Financial Power of Attorney, Health Care Power of Attorney, Living Will and Funeral Directives. The presenters will discuss the most common estate planning mistakes, and you will have the opportunity to ask questions regarding related topics.
