With the holidays, travel plans and frigid weather in some parts of the country, blood donations typically decline.  Already in Central Ohio, blood donations have dipped 7% below what is needed.   


Anyone, even a member of your own family, could need blood.  In fact, every two seconds someone in America will need blood.  That is why your blood donation through the American Red Cross is so important – especially during the winter.
