BAH: Magnum Press and Willow Brook

With a name like Magnum (formerly Ink Well - Worthington), you can expect our host to provide BIG fun and king-sized networking opportunities at the Chamber's January Business After Hours event.


Join us on Wednesday, Jan. 21, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at a Chamber Business After Hours (BAH) at Magnum Press, 45 Lazelle Road.


The event is co-sponsored by Willow Brook Christian Home, who will provide the food for the occasion. Willow Brook's chefs have won acclaim by capturing "Peoples Choice" awards for the tastiest entrees and appetizers at A Taste of Worthington, the Chamber's annual summer sampling event.


At the event, you'll have the opportunity to tour the new print shop and to enjoy food and beverages and some "magnum" themed door prizes. The delicious menu from Willow Brook will include:



Crostini capicola:  capicola, olives and Swiss cheese on crustini



Southwest shrimp cocktail:  baked and chilled with avocado salsa



Fresh tropical fruit salad platter with guavas, mango, papaya and pomegranate 



Chicken Romano with oven-roasted tomato cream sauce 



Korean barbeque:  marinated steak strips drizzled with Korean sauce



Salt and pepper calamari with jalpenos, yellow & green peppers, and sweet-sour sauce



Veggie pan with grilled white and green asparagus, pattypan squash and red peppers 



Key lime tart or orange ricotta cake



Croquembouche cone of profiteroles



Blondie brownies with caramel sauce



Chocolate truffles




Pre-registration isn’t necessary but is encouraged. Those who pre-register by noon on Jan. 20 will be included on the "Know Before You Go" list, provided with preprinted name tags, and eligible for an extra door prize drawing. To pre-register, select “REGISTER NOW” on the right side of this screen, and follow the prompts. Be sure to click “SUBMIT.”  You’ll receive a confirmation when successfully registered. Monthly Business After Hours (BAH) events are designed to give Worthington Chamber members the opportunity to network with other members in an informal setting and to learn more about Chamber member businesses.


Attendance at BAH events is considered a privilege of membership. Please note our guest policy:


Members may attend free of charge. Guests (spouses, friends, and referrals who are considering membership) are welcome at $20 per person. The guest fee is refunded to those who join the organization. The fee is payable in advance or at the door by credit card, check or cash.
