Author Dave Hyde is a Central Ohio native who is currently a sports columnist for the South Florida Sun Sentinel newspaper, the main daily newspaper of Fort Lauderdale. In his new book, "1968; The Year that Saved Ohio State Football", Hyde tells of the 1968 season of the Ohio State University football team, one of the greatest adventure stories in college football.
