OWBA Friends of the Market Meet and Greet Event

OWBA Farmers Market Friends is a group of citizens who are interested in helping with the support of the Worthington Farmers Market. We would like to invite all those interested in helping to expand the market experience to not only include providing access to fresh, locally grown produce, eggs, locally-produced meat and many other goods and goodies throughout the year, but also by providing educational outreach and service programs as well. We are looking for volunteers who can help promote the Market's vision of sustainability, which includes education about healthy living, eating locally and sustainably, and strengthening urban-rural bonds.

We invite you to join us for an informal meet & greet on Wednesday, July 16th at 7:30 p.m. at House Wine, 644 High Street, Worthington. Please come and enjoy yourself while we get to know more about you and what unique talent/expertise you may have to offer this endeavor. Light appetizers will be provided; wine will be available for purchase at $5.00 per glass.
