Ann Baldwin: Fairy Goodmother's Prom Dress Drive

Ann Baldwin, Independent Senior Sales Director is excited to announce that her team will again be supporting Fairy Goodmothers!

Fairy Goodmothers is a non-profit public charity, dedicated to promoting and enhancing the confidence and self-esteem of junior and senior high school girls. Their goal is to achieve this by providing the gift of a prom dress to every girl who lacks the means with which to acquire her own. It is their vision that their annual Cinderella’s Closet Boutique will be the magic venue for every girl in need of a dress for the prom. From that point on, social development begins, and memories will be nurtured.

Ways we are helping this organization:
-We are collecting donations of new or gently used formal wear - still on-trend. We are also collecting prom-appropriate jewelry, shoes and handbags. Special need areas are plus sizes and small sizes (2, 4, 6). (contact me for drop off or dress drive information)
-A color cosmetic gift set for the girls to take home with them. Last year, we donated over $4,000 in products to nearly 400 girls! This year, attendance is expected to be even greater. We will provide each girl, one product gift and one Healthy Relationships, a Guide to Dating Violence brochure from the Mary Kay Ash Charitable Foundation.
With more than 400 gifts needed, donations are the only way this will be possible!
For each lipstick or lip gloss purchased (either for yourself, or to donate), I will match your purchase. e.g. buy 2 lip glosses – one for you and one to donate, and I’ll donate an additional 2. Become a lipstick drive organizer, and receive a $20 gift card for your next purchase! Please ask for more details.

As the Fairy Goodmother says: It’s a gift for now, but magic forever!
These special times from which memories grow, her wishing and hoping, she would so like to go. In her dreams there is always a magical chance that some day, some way, she’ll dress for the dance.
