Career development is an on-going process that includes planning and strategizing your career based on information about yourself, the world of work, the match between these two, and the actions you take to create your life's work.

Charting a Career Course workshop provides a framework for self-assessment, identifying career options, setting goals, and implementing a plan to conduct a career search. Lori Thomas and Jeff Robek from The Ohio State University Career Exploration Office will facilitate the discussion and provide resources for continuing work.
