Are you looking to get into shape? Would you like to work out in a high energy environment?
Start your day with a workout consisting of cardio and strength training… with an edge!
This 6 week session is offered on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from September 24-November 2.
The class fee is $200 per member or $295 per non-member.
