According to The American Heart Association, every one in three Americans have high blood pressure. Because there are no signs or symptoms, many do not know they have it. Uncontrolled high blood pressure can lead to stroke, heart attack, heart failure, and/or kidney failure.
Join us to get your blood pressure checked and learn about how diet and exercise can help reduce or improve your risk for high blood pressure.
A heart healthy meal will be provided!
