BAH-Simsbury Place

Simsbury Place begins its grand opening activities for Worthington's newest, urban-village, luxury residential condominiums with the Chamber's Business After Hours (BAH) on Thursday, August 23. Events will continue through the weekend. Simsbury Place has teamed up with Real Living HER and National City Mortgage Services to co-host the BAH.

Simsbury Place is a three-story condominium building with 16 units. The second phase of the development includes another building of 16 condominiums. Attendees to the BAH will be able to see a furnished models. The condominiums range from 1,065 to 1,783 square feet and feature open and airy rooms with 9-foot ceilings, numerous windows, large rooms, plenty of storage, spacious balconies and attention to details. The condominiums range in price from $224,000 to $424,000.

BAHs are designed to give Chamber members, their guests and prospective members the opportunity to network in an informal setting while enjoying hors d'oeuvres, beverages and great door prizes that the host provides.
