Ohio Chautauqua

Ohio Chautauqua is a traveling tent show that presents history in the compelling form of first-person histocial characterizations. This year's theme is World War II.

The Grisworld Senior Center, located at 777 High St., will present an adult program entitled "Is War the Neccessity that is the Mother of Invention?" at 12:30 p.m.

The Worthington Libraries will present children's programs at both libraries. Join us at the Old Worthington Library at 10:30 a.m. for a program on Children in Wartime or visit the Northwest Library on Hard Road at 2 p.m. for a presentation on Teenagers on the World War II Home Front.

Join us for music and more "Under the Tent" at Thomas Worthington High School. At 6:30 p.m., The Worthington Songsters will perform followed by a 7:30 presentation by Nobel Prize-winning author, Pearl S. Buck.
