Our Full Service Property Management Includes (but is not limited to):
- Marketing & Leasing: When your property is ready to show we handle all phone calls, emails and requests for showings. Our Agents proudly show your home to prospective tenants, ably answering any questions prospects may have, which allows us to lease your property quicker. We perform a full background check on applicants, including credit, criminal history, sex offender registry, income, and rental verification.
- All Tenant Communications and Interactions: From the beginning to the end of the tenant relationship, Green Pointe Group handles all communications. This includes showings, lease and contract signing, rent collections, maintenance concerns and requests as well as interacting with your association when needed.
- Rent Collections: We communicate the terms of the Lease Agreement to your tenant and enforce those terms. If your tenant happens to be late on rent, we will call, text and visit the property to ensure timely payments and post any and all required notices.
- Maintenance Coordination: With our preferred vendor pricing & scheduling we work hand in hand with your tenant to take care of any maintenance needs, protecting your investment and maintaining a good relationship with your tenant.
- Payments & Reporting: On or about the 15th of each month we disburse your rental proceeds to you, less our fee, into the bank account of your choice. You are able to view this information as well as all pertinent documentation in your On-Line Owner Portal.
