DESCRIPTION:Jenny Saunders\, President\, FCBank will lead a Lunch & Learn f
 ocused on navigating our current economic climate\, including discuss what
  to expect in banking\, interest rates and more. MEET JENNY: A native of S
 t. Mary’s\, Ohio\, Jenny brings 40 years of community banking experience
  to FCBank. She has maintained a customer centric approach to banking and 
 has recognized the need to differentiate from the competition with higher-
 level service\, properly matched solutions\, and community involvement. Je
 nny is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Arts deg
 ree in Political Science. She is currently the Chairwoman for the Worthing
 ton Resource Pantry and has served in various leadership roles for the Wor
 thington Chamber of Commerce including Chairwoman of the Board for two yea
 rs from 2021-2022. Jenny is a Board Member for the Ohio Banker League wher
 e she has served in several leadership role including the Chair of the Gov
 ernment Relations Chair. She currently serves as the First Vice-Chair on t
 he Executive Committee. She is also a Board Member for the Ohio Chamber of
  Commerce. Jenny is very involved in the Worthington School District as sh
 e is currently a member of the Treasurer Advisory Committee\, a mentor for
  the Student Mentoring Program and is a past member of the Worthington Sch
 ool’s Master Facility Task Force as well has holding several leadership 
 roles in PTA over the years. Jenny has been recognized as a 2021 SMART 50 
 Award recipient and a 2019 Worthington Leadership for a Lifetime honoree. 
 Under Jenny’s Leadership FCBank has been recognized as a four-time winne
 r of the Corporate Citizenship Award as well as being named a Vanguard hon
 oree by Columbus Business First. The Bank was awarded the prestigious Bett
 er Business Bureau’s Torch Award for Ethics in 2020. FCBank was also nam
 ed the 2022 Best Community Bank in City Scene’s 2022 Best of the ‘Bus.
  In 2023\, Jenny received the Paul Harris Fellows Community Service Award 
 from the Dublin-Worthington Rotary. This award recognizes individuals who 
 have made significant contributions through service to the Worthington com
 munity – an honor typically only awarded to Rotarians. Jenny was also na
 med a WELDing the Way Calendar honoree for the 2024 Calendar for her posit
 ive impact on women’s economic and leadership development in Central Ohi
 o. This year\, Jenny was named the 2024 CEO of the Year by the Ohio Chambe
 r of Commerce as well as most recently\, a 2024 Smart 50 honoree. Jenny ha
 s been asked to speak at various events and conferences including the clos
 ing Keynote Speaker for the Ohio Chamber’s Women in Business Summit in 2
 022\, the WELD National Conference as a breakout speaker in 2022 and the M
 etropolitan Club as a panelist for Women in Banking in 2023. Jenny current
 ly resides in Worthington with her husband\, Mark\, and has three children
