 N: Karen Bailey is the founder and chief strategist at Alignd on Purpose \

 e clarity\, strategy development and culture-building. She also facilitate
 s executive retreats and strategic planning workshops. Karen recently join
 ed The Ohio State University as a Lecturer\, where she teaches public rela
 tions writing and message design. Before starting a business\, Karen led t
 he communications and marketing department for a publicly traded retail re
 al estate company and worked for global and regional public relations agen
 cies in Atlanta and Columbus. Karen is a member of the Small Giants Commun
 ity\, past president of the Central Ohio Chapter of PRSA and founder of th
 e Women’s Business Circle\, an informal business network of female entre
 preneurs. She also serves on the marketing committee for the Worthington E
 ducation Foundation and the conference planning committee for the EmpowerH
 ER Conference. Luncheon Partner: Our event Partner is Over My Head Boutiqu
 e and speaking at this luncheon will be Suzanne Rippel. Suzanne is the man
 ager and a certified mastectomy fitter at Over My Head Boutique\, a cancer
  boutique in Columbus and Dublin. She has been with Over My Head for eight
  years\, assisting with administrative duties as well as the medical billi
 ng\, three and a half years as a certified mastectomy fitter\, and two and
  a half years as the manager. She and her husband\, Matt\, of 21 years and
  I live in the Worthington area and have two children. She is passionate a
 bout educating women about the various options there are to help them afte
