DESCRIPTION:On January 20th\, Worthington Chamber Orchestra will host a Com
 munity Connect Series event in anticipation of the February 4th Benedicta 
 Enrile Masterworks concert\, Woven Stories: American Stories of Hope. The 
 concert will highlight themes in the African American experience and the p
 ower of hope in overcoming oppression and challenges. At St. John AME Chur
 ch on January 20th\, WCO will partner with the Worthington Historical Soci
 ety to share Worthington’s own African American history. The program wil
 l explore Worthington’s past\, present\, and future relationships with o
 ur African American neighbors. Guest Artists at the event will include: * 
 Dr. Mark Lomax\, II\, composer * UCelli: The Columbus Cello Quartet * Cynt
 hia Lockhart\, fiber artist The program will consist of: * A historical re
