 you! BUSINESSPERSON OF THE YEAR: ANNINA PARINI Nina is the Executive Direc
 tor of The Worthington Partnership . She is a passionate advocate for Wort
 hington. Using her considerable networking\, project management\, and lead
 ership skills\, honed in a career of non-profit management and with the U.
 S. House of Representatives\, she works to enhance the Worthington experie
 nce. She lives 4 blocks off of High Street with her husband and three boys
 . CHAMBER CHAMPION OF THE YEAR: SHELLY STOTZER As the owner\, CEO and lead
 ership coach at Crosworks \, Shelly uses her extensive executive leadershi
 p and coaching expertise to help clients define and target their best-fit 
 jobs. She leads the Crosworks team in guiding clients to success through p
 roven processes that bring clarity and focus to their job search by defini
 ng each individual’s strengths\, interests\, skills and work environment
 . Prior to acquiring Crosworks\, Shelly was head of the residential solar 
 division at IGS\, a division that she launched. There\, she created multi-
 channel brand marketing strategies and built a high-performing and cohesiv
 e team that established the division’s entire operating infrastructure. 
 She also ran a consulting practice\, serving a variety of established corp
 orations as well as startups\, providing strategic business planning\, exe
 cutive leadership coaching and operations analysis. Shelly earned an MBA f
 rom the University of Dayton and a BS in business operations from DeVry Un
 iversity. Deeply committed to giving back\, Shelly serves on the governanc
 e board of the Make-A-Wish Ohio\, Kentucky and Indiana region and is the c
 o-chair of Leadership Worthington. She also served on the board of the Wor
 thington Resource Pantry\, was an early supporter of CoolTechGirls in Dubl
 in\, and founded the Girls on the Run program at Evening Street Elementary

 OF THE YEAR: KELSEY MCFARLAND Kelsey McFarland works in Treasury Managemen
 t at FCBank \, proudly headquartered in Worthington\, Ohio. She has been w
 ith FCBank since 2018\, and regularly collaborates with and supports the b
 usiness banking needs of our community. Her favorite part of the Chamber i
 s the sense of community you feel from being involved with the incredible 
 women in the Women's Business Network. This is truly a group of people gat
 hered to build connections and support one another. Kelsey studied Anthrop
 ology at The Ohio State University\, graduation class of 2017. MEET OUR EM
 CEE: DINO TRIPODIS Dino Tripodis is a veteran of morning radio having been
  at Sunny 95 for 27 years. He’s the host of the long running podcast Whi
 skey Business and a filmmaker with his most recent effort\, DOWN TO THE FE
 LT in post production scheduled to be released in 2025. But he admittedly
