 rly a decade of Chamber experience prior to coming to Worthington. His bac
 kground ranges from all aspects of Chamber life to managing community lead
 ership programs. He currently serves as a Board member for the Chamber of 
 Commerce Executives of Ohio. Earlier in his career\, Matt served in the Un
 ited States Coast Guard. In 2023\, he was honored as one of the Chamber in
 dustry’s top emerging leaders being named Forty Under 40 by the Associat
 ion of Chamber of Commerce Executives. In 2020\, Matt was honored as a Nex
 t Up Columbus recipient in CityPulse Magazine and was awarded Podcast of t
 he Year in 2021 at the Columbus Podcast Awards. His favorite role he serve
