 ward Johnston Throughout my extensive years in the police service and priv
 ate sector\, for the last 40 years\, I have maintained a high level of tra
 ining and education\, having obtained an Associate\, from Columbus State C
 ommunity College\, Bachelor from The Ohio State University and most recent
 ly completed a Masters in Education\, from AIU\, Special Subjects Instruct
 or and Private Security Commander Certificates. I have also taught Crimino
 logy and Police subjects at Columbus State College\, Central State Univers
 ity and Eastland Vocational School and in the Private Police Academy’s a
 t Northwest Career Center\, Mid East Vocational School District\, Tolls Te
 chnical Center as well as an instructor in the Law Enforcement Training Ac
 ademy. I have served in a major suburban city police department Worthingto
 n\, Ohio\; a Township of Sharon\; Special Deputy with the Madison County S
 heriff’s Department\; a large campus at The Ohio State University Hospit
 als and as a consultant in police and security municipal governments\, col
 leges\, private corporations-currently\, as CEO/President of API Security 
 Services\, Inc. In sum\, I have offer a pronounced education\; training an
 d experience coupled with knowledge of culturally and ethnically diverse e
 nvironments served to our organization as Chairman of Programming for the 
 last ten years. I have significant experience in leadership\, collective b
 argaining\, strategic and emergency preparedness planning\, budgeting\, ne
 w program implementation\, securing private monies\, central police and fi
 re dispatching and providing efficient and effective police and private se
 rvices. I also relate positively with neighboring criminal justice and pub
