DESCRIPTION:As we turn our focus towards planning in 2023\, we need to look
  at what business in our area will look like in the months ahead. During t
 his luncheon we will host a dynamic panel of experts that can shed light o
 n factors that may play a big role in how we do business in greater Worthi
 ngton and throughout the region next year. Panelists Include: Andy Rose\,

 . MEET OUR PARTICIPANTS: Andy Rose: Andy Rose joined Worthington Industrie
 s in 2008 as vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) when the Com
 pany and the country were deep in the Great Recession. Rose helped preserv
 e liquidity and financial stability and guide the Company through that cha
 llenge. In 2014\, he was promoted to executive vice president and CFO and 
 has been instrumental in advancing the Company’s financial and capital a
 llocation strategies. He was named president of Worthington Industries in 
 August 2018 and became CEO of the Company on Sept. 1\, 2020. Before joinin
 g Worthington\, Rose worked at MCG Capital Corporation where he was a seni
 or investment professional in the Atlanta office for the $1.5 billion publ
 ic investment company. He focused on making control-equity investments and
  providing debt financing for companies in the manufacturing\, distributio
 n and transportation and logistics industries. Previously\, Rose was partn
 er\, co-founder and member of the investment committee with Peachtree Equi
 ty Partners\, a private equity fund backed by Goldman Sachs. He managed de
 bt and equity recapitalizations for manufacturing\, distribution and servi
 ce firms\, served on the board of directors of various companies\, advised
  management on growth strategies and operations\, and managed the firm’s
  institutional investor base. Prior to that\, Rose served as vice presiden
 t of private equity at Wachovia Capital Associates for five years and star
 ted his career at J.P. Morgan & Co. in global cash management. Rose earned
  his MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and his bach
 elor’s degree in business administration from the University of North Ca
 rolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. A native of Columbus\, Ohio\, Ro
 se serves as a member of the board of directors of White Castle®\, chairm
 an of the board of Rev1 Ventures and as a member of the Columbus Business 
 Advisory Council for the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland and The Ohio Bu
 siness Roundtable. Previously\, he served on the board of trustees of the 
 Community Shelter Board\, The First Tee of Central Ohio and the FM Global 
 Advisory Board. MATT GREGORY: Matt Gregory\, Senior Vice President of Offi
 ce Brokerage at NAI Ohio Equities\, helps tenants\, landlords\, buyers\, a
 nd sellers achieve their commercial office real estate goals in Central Oh
 io. Over the past fifteen years\, Matt has completed over 900 real estate 
 transactions totaling $600 million in volume and 8\,400\,000 square feet. 
 Clients who work with Matt benefit from the global resources of NAI with t
 he personal touch of a small team. What sets Matt apart is his dedication 
 to client communication. He starts with clearly understanding client needs
  and then develops a comprehensive plan of action and timeline. Throughout
  the entire process\, Matt keeps clients informed and educated. The final 
 result is that his clients feel confident in making highly informed decisi
 ons about their real estate opportunities. Matt is active in the community
 \, including local real estate organizations\, where he has served in mult
 iple leadership positions\, including chair of the Commercial Section of t
 he Columbus Realtors and President of Columbus Commercial Industrial Inves
 tment Realtors (“CCIIR”). In addition to having both his CCIM and SIOR
  designations\, his methods and hard work have made him a six-time CoStar 
 Power Broker and one of NAI Ohio Equities’ top producers every year sinc
 e 2008. Matt is a 2003 graduate of the Ohio State University with a bachel
 ors in Communication. He lives in Worthington with his wife and three kids
  where he volunteers on several community organizations including the Wort
 hington AM Rotary\, St Michael Athletic Association\, Building Worthington
 ’s Future and the Worthington Community Improvement Corporation. Matt is
  a former Adjunct instructor at Columbus State Community College and has s
 erved on various commercial real estate panels such as the one today. MATT
  MCCOLLISTER: As senior vice president of economic development\, Matt is f
 ocused on driving continuous improvement in the organization’s business 
 development performance and aligning domestic\, international\, and existi
 ng industry outreach strategies. He engages with One Columbus’ network o
 f national site consultants and conducts international business developmen
 t missions. Matt has spent 17 years working in economic development\, with
  international experience in Japan\, China\, Korea\, Italy and Germany. He
  also worked directly within the real estate industry. Matt also received 
 the Top 50 Economic Developer\, Consultant Connect\, 2016 JENNY SAUNDERS: 
 A native of St. Mary’s\, Ohio\, Jenny brings over 35 years of community 
 banking experience to FCBank. She has maintained a customer centric approa
 ch to banking and has recognized the need to differentiate from the compet
 ition with higher-level service\, properly matched solutions\, and communi
 ty involvement. Jenny is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a Ba
 chelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She is the Chairwoman of the W
 orthington Chamber of Commerce as well as the Vice-Chair for the Worthingt
 on Resource Pantry. Jenny is a Board Member for the Ohio Banker League whe
 re she currently serves as the Government Relations Chair as well as Treas
 urer on the Executive Committee. She is a Board Member for the Ohio Chambe
 r of Commerce and the Crawford County Concert Series. Jenny is very involv
 ed in the Worthington School District as she is currently the Treasurer fo
 r the Worthingway PTA\, a member of the Treasurer Advisory Committee\, a m
 entor for the Student Mentoring Program and is a past member of the Worthi
 ngton School’s Master Facility Task Force. Jenny has been recognized as 
 a 2021 SMART 50 Award recipient and a 2019 Worthington Leadership for a Li
 fetime honoree. Under Jenny’s Leadership FCBank has been recognized as a
  two-time winner of the Corporate Citizenship Award as well as being named
  a Vanguard honoree by Columbus Business First. Most recently\, FCBank has
  been named the 2022 Best Community Bank in City Scene’s 2022 Best of th
 e ‘Bus. She currently resides in Worthington with her husband\, Mark\, a
