DESCRIPTION:At this month's SBR we will discuss effective use of social med
 ia and SEO for your small business. This discussion will be facilitated by
  Bill Kiefaber\, President and Owner \, Marketing Works. Bill Kiefaber bri
 ngs more than 30 years of management\, marketing and communications experi
 ence to Marketing Works\, its clients and the non-profit organizations he 
 supports. His core role is to lead the creation of integrated marketing an
 d communications programs that help organizations engage with their target
  audiences\, improve visibility\, guarantee brand consistency\, stimulate 
 customer loyalty and increase sales. During Bill’s career\, he has devel
 oped a strong knowledge and expertise in strategic planning and program im
 plementation related to digital marketing\, social media marketing\, brand
  positioning\, consumer and business-to-business research\, promotional ca
 mpaigns and internal/external communications. Immediately before joining M
 arketing Works\, Bill founded Highbar Agency. Highbar was a strategic plan
 ning\, research-based digital communications company that specialized in m
 arketing automation. Prior to Highbar\, he led the account management\, bu
 siness development\, marketing and communication services teams at Questli
 ne\, a digital marketing company solely partnering with energy utilities. 
 Recently\, Bill served as the senior vice president at Fahlgren Mortine an
 d before that as the chief operating officer of GRIP Technology. In these 
 roles\, he was responsible for developing growth strategies\, overseeing c
 lient relationships and managing company operations. While at GRIP\, Bill 
 helped the company grow by more than 300 percent. Bill is heavily involved
  in the Central Ohio community and serves on a variety of non-profit and a
 dvisory boards\, including serving in current leadership positions with Co
 nvene Columbus\, Jazz Arts Group\, Boy Scouts of America Simon Kenton Coun
 cil and Kiwanis Club of Columbus. Bill currently lives in Westerville with
  his wife Suzy and their two children. WHAT'S THE SBR? Formerly known as S
 mall Office Home Office (SOHO)\, this is a monthly workshop for small busi
 ness leaders of member businesses with nine or less employees. This suppor
 tive network joins across industries in thought leadership\, sharing of be
 st practices and helps one another navigate common small business challeng
