DESCRIPTION:The Worthington Area Chamber celebrates another year and takes 
 a look back at major milestones during this lunch. The Chamber will foreca
 st the months ahead as it continues to be at the heart of business for the
  greater Worthington area. During the lunch we will honor our past Chairma
 n Paul Cynkar\, announce our Volunteer of the Year and hear a keynote from
  Sophia Fifner\, Executive Director of the NiSource Charitable Foundation\
 , Founder Brave Philanthropist and Worthington resident. MEET SOPHIA: Soph
 ia Fifner is a corporate affairs executive with 15+ years of experience he
 lping individuals\, nonprofits\, and corporations transform their mission 
 statements into real-world impact. Currently\, Sophia works as Director of
  Communications and Executive Director of the NiSource Charitable Foundati
 on . As a connecting leader\, Sophia has a unique ability to merge corpora
 te priorities and community needs—whether it’s planning and executing 
 dynamic cause marketing campaigns\, launching successful fundraising initi
 atives as a CFRE\, or furthering reputational strategies among key stakeho
 lders. She is a skilled communicator and public speaker and has crafted co
 mmunications for high-profile leaders ranging from U.S. Congress members t
 o Fortune 100 executives. Sophia has received numerous awards and accolade
 s for her work in leadership\, advocacy\, and public policy to date\, incl
 uding Public Affairs PAC & Grassroots Advocacy Certification (2020)\, Colu
 mbus CEO Future 50 (2020)\, Mrs. Ohio United States (2019)\, Who's Who of 
 Black Columbus (Awardee in 2013\, 2015\, 2018)\, and Community Changemaker
  Award from the Ohio Alliance to End Sexual Violence (2018). Today\, much 
 of Sophia’s work centers on #bravephilanthropy\, a campaign she founded 
 to change the face of philanthropy. Philanthropy is all too often thought
