 ood streets\, the Olentangy Bike Path\, and the Thomas Worthington High Sc
 hool track. It honors the memory of Gary Smith\, a Worthington track and c
 ross country coach and English teacher. During his 31-year career\, he coa
 ched state championship teams and athletes but was respected most of all f
 or his integrity and compassionate commitment to the well being of all his
  athletes and students. Proceeds from the race provide scholarships for Wo
 rthington students and donations to organizations that support ill or disa
